How long will my item take to be delivered?
Due to the current COVID-19 situation our current turnaround time is up to 10 days. Once your item is ready it will be posted via RoyalMail Recorded Delivery.

My clothing item doesn't fit, can I get a refund?
As long as it hasn’t been washed or showing signs of wear we will be happy to exchange it for the right size but you must get in touch within 14 days of delivery.

If an item is returned to us and shows signs of wear or washing, then no exchange will be given and the item will be returned to you.

Refunds will only be given on faulty items.

Can I return a personalised item for a refund?
Due to items being personalised we are unable to offer refunds, unless there is a fault with the item.

Do you ship internationally?

We don't currently ship outside of the UK, but this is something we will look to do in the future!
